Your level rises or falls with confirmed eligible purchases paid in the last 395 days. Purchases must complete a 30-day confirmation period. Each order uses the confirmed rate before its payment.

Is membership free?
Yes. Create a CUC Supply account to join. There is no separate PRO membership application.
Does every member earn the highest rate%?
No. The CUC Rewards rate varies by tier. Check your account for your current rate and upgrade requirement.
When does an upgraded rate apply?
Each order locks the confirmed tier rate before payment. Purchases upgrade your tier only after the 30-day confirmation period.
When are Rewards available?
Rewards are initially pending after an eligible order is recorded as delivered. Check the release date and transaction status in your membership account.
What happens after a refund?
Refunded merchandise reduces qualifying spend and reverses its Rewards. Unresolved returns, refunds and disputes freeze the order’s qualifying spend; partial refunds need a verified merchandise breakdown.
How can I use my Rewards?
Use available Rewards for up to 50% of the merchandise subtotal at checkout. Pending Rewards cannot be used.
